Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day or the next business day (orders placed during weekends are shipped on Monday).
To keep things simple, we use flat shipping rates, regardless of destination or weight.

Missed your iron-on?
No problem.
If the iron-on application did not go as planned and the transfer was damaged during application, simply send us a photo of the failed application (with the product clearly visible).
We will send you a replacement free of charge, no questions asked.
