First, remove the protective film, position the design, cover it with baking paper, and press on a cotton setting for 10–15 seconds. After pressing, carefully remove the thick liner. For best results, you can press again with baking paper for another 5–10 seconds. Be cautious with delicate fabrics like nylon—use a lower heat setting to avoid damage.
