- You will not use the products to create counterfeit items, resell branded replicas, or violate any intellectual property rights.
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that our products are delivered in perfect condition and suitable for standard ironing application.
If the ironing process does not succeed, we will:
- refund the order or
- send a replacement item,
as long as the customer provides clear photo evidence of the failed application.
We reserve the right to evaluate the photos before confirming a refund or replacement.
4. No Liability for Damaged Clothing
We are not responsible for any damage to the garment onto which the patch is applied.
Each order includes a test patch that allows the customer to verify ironing settings before applying the main design.
Any damage caused by incorrect ironing temperature, pressure, fabric incompatibility, or misuse is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Instructions for Use
The customer agrees to follow all application instructions provided on the website or inside the package.
Failure to follow instructions may affect the final result.
6. Returns
For hygienic and customization reasons, iron-on patches cannot be returned once opened or used.
Unused items may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages,
- clothing damage due to incorrect application,
- misuse of the product,
- results affected by fabric type or customer equipment.
Our liability is limited strictly to the product’s purchase price.
